All of our mixes are made in a state certified processing plant.  The ingredients for our pancake mix includes:  flour, sugar, baking powder (cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum, monocalcium phosphate), salt.  Allergen:  wheat and Allergen information:  may contain traces of milk, eggs, almonds, coconut, wheat and soy.  I have taste tested many batches, and I like them, but everyone likes their pancakes a little different.  For example, some people like it thicker, while some like it thinner. If you prefer thinner pancakes, you can add milk to your thickness liking, or if you prefer thicker pancakes, you make add flour to your liking.  I like them just the way they are, though.
